Gravity Forms Group Fields Add-on – (Fieldset, Accordion)

Description

Easily groups Gravity Forms form fields using fieldset, accordion or a simple div wrapper. Group fields can be nested to each other so you can wrap the fields using a fieldset and then wrap it again with an accordion. You can easily change the background color, border and other more.

Note: This plugin only groups the fields. If you want to use conditional logic to hide/show a group of fields then just used the default Section field and add it before the start of the group. You will then be able to hide/show the group fields depending on the conditional logic you have set on the Section field.
